RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Lead and ensure compliance of annual savings for the plant through cost reduction projects to achieve the annual target savings.
2.    Lead and execute the digitalization strategy of the plant to improve machine connection and data visualization.
3.    Organize and facilitate improvement events (Kaizen, 8-step) to promote problem solving according to the needs of the organization.
4.    Monitor and guidance in the ideas program, I Comply and Gemba Walks to encourage the innovation and continuous improvement through the organization.
5.    Ensure the implementation of projects according to the methodology established (Lean - Six sigma), training the team in Lean tools for problem solving and process improvement.
6.    Lead and guide HPS requirements implementation for each Value Stream and during Assessments

REUIREMENTS 

Engineering bachelor's degree.
•    Excellent bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and writing communication skills.
•    Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma
•    Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
•    Knowledge in Statistical techniques
•    5+ years in similar positions
•    5+ Expertise medical companies
•    Experience in continuous improvement projects and problem solving.
•    Project management experience/ Desirable
