Job Purpose

Cordinate facilities area to keep the infraestructure in the conditions requiered to support the bussines continuity.

Major Responsibilities

• Oversing and coordinate the facilities area to execute the annual plan acording to procedures and safty guidelines .
• Controling and follow up the facilities indicators to comply the targets of facilities/ engineering.
• Control and maximizing the resources of budget to keep the execution according to business strategy.
• Ensure the facilities equipment running according to the building requiremets to keep the operations continuity
• Perform the annual schedule Pest Control to have under control the facilities standars for medical companies
• Ensure the compliance of Services Supplies contracts to allow the services inside of the Plant.
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
• Promote continuous improvement practices to keep facilities area clean, and organize, to prevent expensive maintenance or high costs. Include implementation of business initiatives.
• Perform the approval hours and over time every biweekly to ensure the correct payment to employees
• Keep an adequate organizational environment to promote the values and Culture of HMCR.
• Execute contingency plans that allow the continuity of the operation in case of emergencies to ensure the continuity operation.
• Execute and implement the process and documentation to meet the quality regulations.
• Oversing the green areas around the Plant to keep the image of the company and meet the regulations according to the Free Zone.
• Provide Support as a member of the Energy Management Team assuring the continuous improvement in environmental management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Electromecanical, Electrical or Maintenance.
• 0-3 years in similiar positions.
• Excellent bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and writing communication skills.
• Electromechanical Knowledge.
• Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Equipment Maintenance.
• Knowledge Budget Management .
• Knowledge in project management. 
• Knowledge people management. 
• Experience in manufacturing industry.

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Expertise medical companies (5 years).
