Job Purpose:
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to facilities equipment. It must be executed based on procedures to ensure the correct performance. Support the facilities maintenance area in supervised tasks. Maintains the 5's in the work areas and gives priority to the safety and quality guidelines established by the company in daily tasks. Develop junior technicians and perform continuous improvement projects.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance to keep the machinery running in excellent operational conditions.
- Execute and close the tasks in maintenance connection software. Maintain the preventive maintenance tasks generated in maintenance connection software on date.
- Execute corrective maintenances and handyman support.
- Accomplish the safety procedures, Ensure to application of the safety procedures.
- Quality, perform periodic training according to assignments.
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma.
- Maintenance, electronics, electricity, electromechanical, refrigeration technician diploma or related.
- 5+ years of experience in facilities positions or related
Skills & Knowledge:
- Basic English.
- Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Proactivity.
- Teamwork.
- Refrigeration, compressed air and electrical knowledge.
- Good documentation practices.
- Cleanroom operations knowledge.
- 5S knowledge.
- Diagnose equipment failures.
- Perform continuous improvement/predictive tasks.
- Hand tool handling.
- Knowledge in safety rules.
Preferred Qualifications:
Building Management System (BMS) knowledge.
