RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Monitor and prioritize service requests internal customers identifying emergencies, tasks, and workload team to ensure tasks are completed timely and efficiently
2. Plan, develop and keep scheduling routine and preventive maintenance of equipment, prioritizing and estimating work and technical assistance to assure the development of the plans.
3. Complete and keep accurate, timely documentation and records to evaluate the results according to the KPI’s for decision making.
4. Control the inventory of spare parts and services for production and maintenance area to keep under control the budget.
5. Perform the approval hours and over time every biweekly to ensure the correct payment to employees
6. Keep an adequate organizational environment to promote the values and Culture of HMCR.
7. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

REQUIREMENTS

Description

•                 Electrical/Mechanical/Electromechanical/Materials/Electronic Engineering bachelor’s degree

•                 Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills

•                 Excellent bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and writing communication skills/ Desirable

•                 Effective budgeting and performance management

•                 Proactivity, focused and teamwork

•                 Strong Microsoft Office skills

•                 Solid understanding of health and safety regulations and practices

•                 Promote continuous improvement.

•                 Strong knowledge of procedures and maintenance tasks

•                 3+ years of experience in similar positions

•                 Good time management skills

•                 People management

•                 Data driven decision making

•                 3+ years of experience in medical devices industry
