RESPONSIBILITIES
•    Assess processes and products to improve them getting high quality standards.
•    Evaluate and implement solutions allowing an optimal Quality Assurance and Preventive Quality.
•    Lead the corresponding core teams, to drive initiatives as result of quality processes assessments.
•    Provide technical support for Quality Systems and solve quality issues, often implementing cost-saving measures and high-quality standards.
•    Drive statistical analysis and tools like DOE and Minitab to identify quality issues trends and improve processes.
•    Provide support to Quality Sustaining Engineering activities when it is required.

REQUIREMETNS
•    Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or similar career.
•    Strong analytical skills, demonstrated through their ability to perform statistical analysis.
•    Be adept at implementing process changes and identifying root causes for quality issues.
•    Bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and writing. B2+
•    Leading of multidisciplinary working groups
•    Knowledge of troubleshooting tools
•    Good personal relationships
•    Attention to details
•    1-3 years of experience in Medical Industry
•    Use of statistical and Quality tools as Minitab, DOE, SPC, ANOVA, Problem-Solving, among others. 
•    Use of Microsoft Office.
