Training Specialist

JOB PURPOSE 

Develop and manage training programs that enhance workforce skills, ensure compliance with organizational and quality standards, and support operational excellence. This role is integral to maintaining accurate training records, improving training processes, and ensuring audit readiness. By leveraging technical expertise, data analysis, and Lean methodologies. The Training Engineer drives continuous improvement initiatives and fosters a culture of learning and development across the organization. 

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES  

• Design and maintain the training system aligned with industry requirements
• Manage training records and documentation
  
• Develop competency-based training programs for HMCR
  
• Coordinate quality and continuous improvement training events
  
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
  
• Support the quality system document management 

Education  

Engineering bachelor’s degree or similar  

Knowledge and skills  

• Critical Thinking/Analytical Skills 

• Intermediate English (verbal and writing communication skills) 

• Knowledge in Lean Methodologies 

• Knowledge Data Analysis and Reporting 

• Ability to lead training sessions and facilitate group learning. 

• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate with technicians, engineers, and managers 

• Capability to utilize technology for training. 

Experience  

• 3-5 years of experience in similar positions  

• Experience in Training  

• LMS (Learning Management System) experience
