The following challenges await you:
- As part of the Heraeus IT team, you collaborate with IT- and business stakeholders to understand and implement requirements for applications focused on Customer Channels such as Microsoft Cloud Dynamics 365 (capabilities in the divisions of pre-sales, sales, after-sales, marketing and customer service) and Online Channels (such as Customer Portals) to improve Digital Customer Experience.
- Collaborate with members from various IT teams to oversee the development, implementation, and regression testing of applications following the integrated approach cross D365 modules and cross business divisions.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and technologies and proactively work with business stakeholders to identify use cases for the respective Heraeus companies.
- Conduct gap analysis and process mapping to identify functional specifications for enhancements and customizations (focus on D365).
- Assuming responsibilities in the role of a D365 administrator, with a focus on D365 modules from the integrated setup.
- Drive adoption and monitoring of tool & process performance metrics, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement as enhancement realization.
Your profile:
- Master’s degree in computer science, information systems or a related field
- 5+ years of experience working with D365 (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service), ideally in a consulting or solution-oriented role
- Deep know-how of administration and configuration of D365 environments and environment & lifecycle management
- Strong knowledge with popular D365 technologies like Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power Pages
- Know-how of divisions related to Data & Compliance within D365 realizations
- Experience in gathering requirements, conducting gap analyses, process mapping and creating functional specifications in an integrated approach like integration within D365 application
- Knowledge of data management best practices and data integration concepts is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business language into IT requirements and vice versa
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
