The following challenges await you:

Monitoring Account Performance – you are responsible to drive the performance of key accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.

Leading a team – you drive a team of sales representatives and account managers to support Heraeus' presence at customers

Developing and Implementing Strategic Plans – you create and execute comprehensive strategies to manage global accounts, ensuring alignment with the company's objectives.

Establishing and Maintaining Relationships – you build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations to foster trust and collaboration and drive strategic initiatives.

Coordinating with Internal Teams – you work closely with various internal departments, such as Product Management, Innovation and technical support, to ensure timely and effective delivery of services and solutions.

Negotiating Contracts – you lead contract negotiations and terms of service with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

Resolving Issues – you address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise within the accounts managed, ensuring client satisfaction.
Your Profile:
- A degree in a scientific or technical field
- You excel in establishing and maintaining relationships with decision-makers at leading companies and recognize the importance of cooperative networks in the business world.
- Experience in the electronics industry (preferably automotive) and dealing with demanding customers makes you a valuable asset to our team.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation and negotiation abilities, allowing you to communicate clearly and convincingly even in challenging situations.
- You can navigate through various organizational levels, from senior management to operational purchasing, bringing empathetic and creative solutions.
- Fluent German and English are a given for you, as is your drive to always seek solutions.
- You are willing to go on intercontinental business trips on a regular basis.
