The following challenges await you:

As "Head (m/f/d) of Global Quality" you are responsible for leading the development and execution of the global quality strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment across all functions, including design, supply, manufacturing, and customer-facing quality processes.

You lead the creation and maintenance of robust quality assurance frameworks for all products and processes.

In addition you oversee the implementation of quality control measures at every stage of the product lifecycle, from design through to final product delivery.

You drive global initiatives to enhance product quality, optimize testing processes, and reduce defects and rework.

Moreover you proactively identify risks related to product quality, safety, and compliance, and develop mitigation strategies.

You build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of quality professionals.

You build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.
Your Profile:

Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Materials Science, Physics, Electronics) or a related field.

Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in Quality Management within the electronics or automotive industry, with a strong preference for sensor technology.

Fluent in English

Proven experience leading global quality initiatives and managing quality teams across multiple regions and cultures.

Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Strategic mindset with the ability to implement long-term goals while managing day-to-day operations.

Strong passion for driving quality, innovation, and continuous improvement in a high-tech, fast-paced environment.

Proven experience in leading and managing quality teams with a focus on team development.
