The following challenges await you:
- Become part of the Heraeus IT team responsible for Microsoft 365 and play a key role in shaping the technical and professional development of its services and customers.
- Develop our PowerShell-based automation stack and take responsibility for its operation.
- Work as part of a team to manage and operate our Microsoft 365 environment, in particular user and licence management and services such as Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online.
- You will also be responsible for providing professional and technical advice and support to our business customers.
Your profile:
- Completed studies or apprenticeship in IT or comparable experience
- Experience in designing and developing PowerShell scripts, cmdlets and modules
- Expertise in managing, operating and automating Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online
- Knowledge of C# / .NET Framework, Entra ID and Azure desirable
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- High level of ownership, reliability and customer focus
- Structured working style and strong team and communication skills
