The following challenges await you:
- As a Quality Management Representative (f/m/d) you will be responsible for the implementation, safeguarding, and continuous development of the quality management, audit, and change management systems across all sites.
- You will take on leadership responsibility in the implementation and maintenance of customer standards and certifications.
- Furthermore, you will be in charge of processing and coordinating quality-related inquiries, agreements, and specifications from customers and other involved parties worldwide.
- Your responsibilities also include the planning, organization, and execution of internal and external audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- You will coordinate and manage the release and change management process, including internal and external communication (e.g., PCN, PPAP).
- Key user responsibilities within relevant quality management software tools (e.g., CAQ, Plato, SAP) are part of the role, as well as managing customer complaint processes using the 8D methodology.
- The internal quality training program falls under this position’s scope, including its planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
- You will support cost center management and ensure the effectiveness of the quality management system across internal and external interfaces.
- In addition you will promote cross-functional qualification and employee development to maintain state-of-the-art standards and foster a strong quality mindset throughout the organization, always with a focus on cost-efficiency.
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable field
- Alternatively, proven practical expertise and relevant experience in Quality Management, Quality Assurance, Process Optimization, and Project Management
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Management, including leadership responsibilities
- Analytical and structured mindset with initial experience in project management
- Business fluent in German and English
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 including interpretation and FAQs
- Solid understanding of Core Tools (APQP, SPC, MSA, FMEA, PPF, PPAP)
- Experienced in using Q-Software tools such as CAQ, Plato, Q-DAS, MiniTab, MasterControl, Signavio
- Certified auditor (1st und 2nd Party, VDA 6.3)
