The following challenges await you:

• Als ServiceNow® Consultant (m/f/d) you are the central point of contact for product owners and process managers for various ServiceNow® applications.
• You will enhance our ServiceNow® platform: You will customize modules such as ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, HR and CSM and extend the functionalities.
• Additionally, you will further improve our Service Portal.
• You will define requirements together with your stakeholders: You understand our business processes, lead workshops and act as consultant for the required functionalities.
• As project manager you will also coordinate the collaboration with external partners. 
• You will support and lead developers to achieve excellent results.

Your profile:

• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role 
• Very good knowledge of the ServiceNow® platform as well as in-depth knowledge of a ServiceNow® module
• Existing ServiceNow®, ITIL and Prince2 certifications are an advantage
• Strong experience in requirement gathering as well as strong knowledge of business processes and an understanding of how companies operate
• Ability to translate technological understanding to business team and product owner
• Fluency in the English language and strong communication and collaboration skills
• German at working level proficiency is advantageous
