- In this role, you develop and manage global procurement strategies and policies that optimize costs, ensure quality, and strengthen supply chain resilience.
- As a leader, you mentor and guide a team of procurement professionals, fostering collaboration, growth, and alignment with the company’s sustainability goals.
- By building and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders worldwide, you secure reliable partnerships that support business objectives.
- Through effective negotiation of high‑value contracts, you achieve favorable commercial terms and mitigate risks across key sourcing categories.
- By continuously analyzing market trends, industry developments, and relevant data, you support informed decision‑making and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.
- At all times, you ensure that sourcing activities comply with ethical standards, responsible‑sourcing principles, and company policies.
Your Profile:
- Degree in business, supply chain management, or related field; alternatively equivalent professional experience
- Deep knowledge of global procurement processes, including supplier evaluation, strategic sourcing, and contract management
- Strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills for managing complex agreements
- Proven stakeholder‑management capabilities across diverse teams and regions
- Leadership experience with focus on team guidance, collaboration, and achieving shared goals
- Solid understanding of market analysis and ability to derive strategic insights
- Confident communication skills in English for operating in an international environment
