The following challenges await you:

As a Quality Engineer (m/f/d), you will develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes for production.
You will ensure that quality requirements are effectively integrated into relevant processes, that quality data is systematically analyzed, and that improvement measures are sustainably implemented.
Your main focus will be the data-driven advancement of quality assurance processes in manufacturing.
As the responsible expert for quality assurance processes, you will analyze quality deviations, assess process risks, and work closely with cross-functional teams to define effective corrective actions and support their successful implementation.
To achieve this, you will apply appropriate quality management methods and statistical techniques, using relevant quality data as the basis for decision-making.
You will collaborate closely with various departments and take an active role in driving the continuous improvement of processes and workflows.
Through your work, you will help identify quality risks at an early stage, sustainably reduce deviations, and establish robust quality assurance processes within production.

Your Profile:

A completed degree in engineering, natural sciences, or a comparable qualification, combined with proven experience in the independent development and optimization of quality assurance processes
Experience with SAP QM processes relevant to the role, such as quality notifications, inspection processes, inspection lots, results recording, and quality-related master data
Practical experience in applying quality management methods, particularly for root cause analysis, risk assessment, and the sustainable handling of non-conformities.Ability to perform statistical analysis of quality data, identify process variation and trends, and derive effective, data-based improvement actions
Sound understanding of manufacturing processes and production technologies, as well as the ability to evaluate their impact on product quality and process stability
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions
Good English language skills for working in an international environment
