Responsabilità principali

Manutenzione tecnica

• Eseguire attività di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria su impianti elettrici, meccanici, idraulici, HVAC e infrastrutture dello stabilimento.
• Effettuare controlli periodici per garantire conformità a normative e standard aziendali.
• Diagnosi guasti, identificazione cause e risoluzione tempestiva dei problemi tecnici.
• Coordinare interventi con fornitori esterni quando necessario.
• Monitorare e mantenere le infrastrutture dello stabilimento (edifici, aree esterne, magazzini, uffici, impianti generali).
• Supervisionare gli interventi affidati a ditte esterne.
• Garantire la continuità dei servizi generali (illuminazione, climatizzazione, approvvigionamento idrico, ecc.).
• Registrare interventi di manutenzione su sistemi CMMS o moduli interni.
• Fornire assistenza tecnica alle diverse funzioni aziendali in caso di richieste specifiche.
• Supportare attività di miglioramento continuo e progetti per l’ammodernamento degli impianti.
• Segnalare proposte di interventi correttivi o migliorativi.
