Main responsibilities:

You will be responsible for the operational management and further development of Argor Heraeus' sustainability reporting on a global level.

You will ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements in the sustainability context (e.g., ESG reporting obligations, due diligence obligations, international standards, LBMA and JRC standards).

You will coordinate and maintain sustainability indicators, data models, and reporting systems in close collaboration with internal departments (esp. for Product Carbon Footprint and LCA).

You will prepare sustainability data in a structured manner and ensure its quality, traceability, and auditability.

You will monitor regulatory developments and derive their conceptual and administrative implementation.

You will serve as the central point of contact for internal and external reviews, audits, and inquiries in the area of sustainability reporting.

You will support and coordinate Double Materiality Assessments in accordance with CSRD and ESRS requirements.

You will report into the Global Head of Sustainability and as a team you will support the Global Head of Responsibility and related functions with analyses, evaluations, and decision-making tools.
Qualifications:

Completed university degree, e.g., in economics, business administration, sustainability management, economics, environmental science, controlling, data management, or a comparable field.

Minimum 5-8 of professional experience in sustainability reporting, ESG, compliance, controlling, or data management, ideally in an international environment and precious metals sector.

Deep expertise in international ESG regulatory frameworks (CSRD, ISSB, OECD Due Diligence for minerals and sectorial standards as LBMA, JRC)

Excellent knowledge of common ESG and reporting standards as well as regulatory requirements.
