What will you do? **

 

Key Skills & Responsibilities

 

  1. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:
    • Electrical wiring
    • Electrical circuits
    • Control wiring
    • Interpretation of electrical drawings and schematics

 

  1. Good working knowledge of:
    • Pneumatic and electro-pneumatic machines
    • Electrical controls and automation-related equipment

 

  1. Experience in instrument repair and development will be an added advantage.
  2. PLC Programming will be an added advantage. (Ladder programming)

 

  1. ISO 14001 documentation Familiarity with:
    • requirements
    • Safety principles, safety policies, and compliance practices
  2. Strong understanding and practical application of:
    • 5S
    • Poka-Yoke
    • Kaizen
    • Horizontal Deployment
    • Why-Why Analysis

 

  1. Knowledge of maintenance and reliability concepts such as:
    • MTTR (Mean Time to Repair)
    • MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures)
    • Preventive Maintenance (PM)
    • Slippage
    • Other standard maintenance KPIs and terminologies

 

**Who are we looking for? **

 

Educational Qualification

  • Mandatory: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering

(Preference will be given to Diploma holders with strong hands-on experience)

 

  • Work Experience: Maintenance department in manufacturing industries only, Automobile industry will be preferred.

 

 

Work Experience

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
  • Experience in the automobile sector will be a significant advantage
