  • Work within the Quality Team to plan and conduct activities concerned with the quality assurance of industrial processes, materials, and products. 

  • Plan and conduct analysis, inspection, testing, and integration to assure quality products/components. 

  • Apply statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate current process and process changes. 

  • Document data obtained during all quality assurance activities consistent with company policies and procedures. 

  • Develop new approaches to solve problems identified during quality assurance activities. 

  • Communicate significant issues or developments identified during quality assurance activities and provide recommended process improvements. 

  • Prepare and present technical reports and program information on results of quality assurance activities. 

 Other Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Demonstrate on a continuing basis the professional and personal conduct described and required by Heraeus Electro-Nite’s Code of Conduct. 

  • Construct, Implement and Operate in full compliance with ISO standards and procedures. 

  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. 

    • 2-year degree in electronics or related field- Technical School, Military, or College program 

    • Six months related experience within a manufacturing environment (including internships) 

    • Mechanical aptitude (demonstrated or measured) 

    • Demonstrated knowledge of electronic testing and measurement equipment and experience with basic measuring devices such as digital calibers, micrometers and scales 

    • Electrical and electronic assembly testing and troubleshooting skills 

    • Able to apply basic statistical techniques 

    • Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with engineering drawings and blueprints 

    • Basic knowledge of PC hardware 

    • Demonstrated ability to operate (basic functions) in an SAP computer environment 

    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision 

     Computer Skills: Computer literate in basic Microsoft Windows application software systems (Word, Excel, Spreadsheet Applications, etc.)
