The primary responsibility of this position is to balance production orders and ready them for back-distribution
Your Role and Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate production orders and raw materials / MRP-Planning

Processing of request for quotation and coordination of delivery dates

Release production orders
-
Ensuring a smooth production process, including coordination of the right items in the right amount at the right time, in the right place

Prepare capacity overviews and coordinate the right production capacity

Secure the on-time delivery of production
-
Monitor delivery times and stock levels
-
Lead the weekly CFM meeting incl. documentation
-
Control unprocessed material bookings (COGI)

Lead and develop Planning employees
-
Maintain all relevant production master data like BOM´s and Routing´s.

What is required for this role:
-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business management, Accounting, Chemistry,
-
Or equivalent experience (min 5 years) in production planning.

Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP.

Be detail oriented and can think critically.

Demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism, and leadership ability; exhibit a high level of motivation and initiative with the ability to meet deadlines.
