What you get to do every day:
- Work and communicate effectively with engineers and operators.
- Interprets and understands customer and internal drawings, using applied Geometric Design and Tolerancing along with other industry specific specifications.
- Convert product requirements to inspection techniques and programming to obtain best results to meet requirements.
- Complete and Improve Gage Repeatability and Reproducibility studies.
- Investigate, Troubleshoot and develop solutions to issues with measuring equipment and programming with assistance of supervisor.
- Completes cleaning, calibration, preventative maintenance, and storage of gages.
- Assists in cleanroom environmental testing, performing particle counting, water quality testing and assist in investigation of abnormal results.
- Drafts updates to existing work instructions, forms and other documents as needed.
- Provides guidance in development and release of control plans.
- Participates in and performs training activities. Follows set training program for position and ensures training requirements are up to date. Utilizes training tracking software.
- Identifies, reports and documents all discrepancies, and potential problems to management. Participates in root cause analysis.
- Active involvement with QE in the identification and resolution of product quality problems. Utilizes statistical tools to identify root causes and for continuous improvement of processes.
What we are looking for:
- Associates Degree in technical field or 2+ years technical quality experience.
- Demonstrated mechanical and Programming aptitude required.
- Proficient using Computers and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with ISO 13485 and/or 9001 standards.
- Train the Trainer experience a plus.
Medevio is committed to providing competitive total compensation and benefits packages. The expected base salary hiring range for this position is between $23.56 to $33.65 per hour based upon a full-time schedule. This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity. This position is bonus eligible, with a target bonus of 2.5% of base salary depending upon company and individual performance. Our total compensation package also includes eligibility for comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) plan with company match, education reimbursement, paid parental leave and paid time off.
