Production Operator II or III - Cell Coordinator - 1st Shift HIH

Current opening: 1st, Monday-Friday 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
 

What You'll Do Every Day:

• Assisting in providing leadership of daily activities and monitoring of staff performance and productivity.
• Supporting coworkers with prioritizing tasks.
• Assigning work to coworkers as needed.
• Monitoring coworker activity to ensure acceptable work is maintained.
• Monitoring and ensuring that coworkers follow procedures and work/break schedules.
• Providing training to coworkers as it relates to job duties.
• Providing support, and review of data to ensure consistent and accurate results.
• Requesting support from other departments as needed to fulfill requirements.
• Ensuring timecard entries are entered daily and reviewed for accuracy.
• Providing direct instruction to coworkers and reports any issues to the Team Leader for resolution.
• Demonstrating safe work habits and maintains clean and safe work area.
• Providing leadership to coworkers by example, demonstrates good attendance and positive behaviors.
• Other duties may be assigned.
   

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma/GED required
• Post secondary technical education preferred
   

Medevio is committed to providing competitive total compensation and benefits packages. The expected base salary hiring range for this position is between $19.25/hour and $24.00/hour, plus $1.50/hour additional pay, based upon a full-time schedule. This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity. This position is bonus eligible, with a target bonus of 4% of base salary depending upon performance.
