The following challenges await you:

Education Events 
• Coordinate and execute all educational events including annual innovation seminar, CE and CME education programs in collaboration with clinical, medical affairs, compliance, and external education partners.
• Support needs assessments, learning objectives, agendas, and faculty logistics setting up company educational lunches and dinners

Tradeshows 
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of tradeshow and congress participation, from pre-event planning through post-event follow-up.
• Manage logistics including booth planning, freight, equipment, staffing schedules, lead retrieval, and on-site execution.
• Track budgets, reconcile expenses, and ensure cost-effective use of resources.

KOL Vetting Committee 
• Coordinate KOL vetting committee meetings, materials, agendas, and documentation in compliance with internal governance processes.
• Build a strong network of health care providers that have a need for chronic and acute wound care solutions.

Content Creation and Dissemination 
• Partner with department heads, clinical and sales to define and produce marketing collaterals in accordance with brand messages and marketing roadmaps.

Your Profile:

• 3–5+ years of experience coordinating healthcare-related events, education programs, or tradeshows.
• Experience supporting CE/CME programs, medical education events, or physician engagement strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements, including Sunshine Act and industry codes of conduct.
• Experience in medical device, biotech, pharmaceutical, or healthcare services environments preferred.
• Previous experience in startup and medium sized companies
