The following challenges await you:

  • Conduct and deliver briefings on market intelligence, competitive insights, conference objectives, and assist with trade show plans for internal stakeholders
  • Manage the development, review, and quality of presentations, promotional materials, and other marketing deliverables
  • Partner with the Meetings and Events Manager and Sales Training Manager to ensure marketing collateral remains current, accurate, and aligned with salesforce needs (incorporating marketing materials, messaging all aligned with product and clinical education)
  • Develop and execute marketing plans for new product introductions, key campaigns, and promotional initiatives
  • Coordinate product promotion and positioning, including journal advertising placements and supporting materials
  • Plan and organize annual and quarterly marketing campaigns with oversight and strategic input from Director of Marketing and Training and Vice President/Head of Marketing
  • Align United States marketing efforts with global Heraeus Medical marketing teams to ensure consistency of messaging, branding, and strategy
  • Support, lead, and train marketing team members as applicable, ensuring compliance with HR requirements and ongoing professional development
  • Evaluate current marketing campaigns using SWOT analysis and develop actionable recommendations within approved budget parameters 

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, healthcare administration, or other relevant area with a minimum of 5 years successful track record managing marketing logistics.   Master’s degree preferred.
  • Knowledge of: Internet software, Spreadsheet software, Word Processing software, and Presentation software required.  Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills are strongly preferred.
  • The equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Demonstrate a high level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability; exhibit a high level of motivation and initiative with the ability to meet deadlines. 
  • Experience with coordinating trade shows or educational activities is highly preferred.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%.
