Heraeus is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Manager (NTD) to drive business growth in advanced materials solutions for the coatings and printing industry. This role combines technical expertise with a strong commercial focus to develop new applications, support customers, and expand market presence across the U.S. and globally.

The following role awaits:

  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Provide technical support to customers, including product introduction, sampling coordination, and on-site trials
  • Lead customer feedback discussions to refine, customize, and qualify new products
  • Drive sales growth within the NTD portfolio across existing and new customers
  • Promote Heraeus products and technologies at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry conferences
  • Identify emerging technologies, applications, and new market opportunities
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence, including industry trends, value chains, key players, and competitors
  • Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical Service, and R&D teams, including global stakeholders in Leverkusen

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in technical service or technical sales within the coatings and/or printing industry
  • Proven track record in sales and business development with strong customer focus
  • Hands-on experience in coating and printing processes; experience with conductive polymers is a plus
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Self-driven, proactive, and committed to continuous learning
  • Strong team player with experience in cross-functional collaboration
  • Willingness to travel internationally
